Trying to live the ‘good life’ vegetarian Alex grows all her food in her tiny London garden. The aim is to have zero food miles from ground to plate, reducing her co2 footprint. She also runs a side business setting up veg patches and gardening in other small urban gardens and spaces. As well as providing a habitat for leaf cutter and solitary bees in her bee&bee she also has a rotting log section which is home to the endangered British stag beetle.
